Where is Aura Labs based?
Aura Labs is proudly based in Melbourne, Victoria, and we ship Australia-wide.
Do you provide Certificates of Analysis (COAs)?

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders over $200 qualify for free Express Shipping Australia-wide.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal and Direct Bank Deposit. If paying via bank deposit, please ensure the payment details are entered carefully. Payment must be received within 48 hours of placing your order, otherwise your order may be cancelled.
How should I store my peptides?
For long-term storage, most peptides should be kept at -20°C. For short-term storage after reconstitution, most peptides are typically stored between 2°C and 8°C. Always refer to the product information for specific storage recommendations.
How quickly are orders dispatched?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (AEST), Monday to Friday, are typically dispatched the same business day.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes. We offer fast, reliable shipping to customers across Australia.

What are your custom vial caps?
Our reusable 3D-printed vial caps are designed to help identify your vials while protecting the rubber stopper from dust and debris. They’re available in a range of colours and custom labels to keep your storage organised.
Do you sell storage cases?
Yes! We design and manufacture premium 3D-printed storage cases for a range of vial sizes, along with accessories to help keep your research supplies organised. All of our cases are fridge and freezer friendly.
Can I request custom colours or labels?
Absolutely. We offer a range of colours and custom label options for our vial caps and can accommodate custom requests for many of our 3D-printed products.
